Faculty of Technology and Engineering was established in 2003.It comprises seven departments. The faculty is aimed at offering cutting-edge teaching and research in the fields of architectural engineering, civil engineering, computer engineering, electrical engineering, information technology, and mechanical engineering. Department of Civil Engineering offers instructions at undergraduate, graduate, and postgraduate degrees whereas the Department of Information Technology has instructions at graduate and postgraduate degrees. For the time being, the other departments offer courses at undergraduate level only. Currently, there are 31 academic members at the faculty.
